How to get a flat stomach?
There are many ways one could get a flat stomach or 6-pack abs. The approach, however, remains almost the same regardless of your preference.
The general activities all the individuals with a flat stomach and 6-pack abs follows are:
- They drink about 2–3 litres of water every single day without fail.
- They work out a minimum of 4 days per week.
- They listen to your body and adjust the nutrition based on what works for them and what doesn’t.
- They avoid processed foods and junk foods to the core.
- The understand packaged juice is nothing but sugar water, so they avoid packaged juice and anything that contains lots of sugar.
- They allow themselves days when they can enjoy junk foods. But they are mindful around junk food eating also.
- They understand the importance of snacks and they carefully pick their snacks.
- Their meals have a healthy ratio of carbohydrates, fat and proteins. That’s the macros we’re talking here and they take utmost care.
- They enjoy fresh vegetables and fruits.
- They change their workout plan every few months.
- They are open to change and are willing to go an extra mile for their health.
- They don’t do abs workout every single day.
- They know fats are good for health and are not the enemy for a flat stomach.
