How to get a flat stomach?

There are many ways one could get a flat stomach or 6-pack abs. The approach, however, remains almost the same regardless of your preference.

The general activities all the individuals with a flat stomach and 6-pack abs follows are:

  1. They drink about 2–3 litres of water every single day without fail.
  2. They work out a minimum of 4 days per week.
  3. They listen to your body and adjust the nutrition based on what works for them and what doesn’t.
  4. They avoid processed foods and junk foods to the core.
  5. The understand packaged juice is nothing but sugar water, so they avoid packaged juice and anything that contains lots of sugar.
  6. They allow themselves days when they can enjoy junk foods. But they are mindful around junk food eating also.
  7. They understand the importance of snacks and they carefully pick their snacks.
  8. Their meals have a healthy ratio of carbohydrates, fat and proteins. That’s the macros we’re talking here and they take utmost care.
  9. They enjoy fresh vegetables and fruits.
  10. They change their workout plan every few months.
  11. They are open to change and are willing to go an extra mile for their health.
  12. They don’t do abs workout every single day.
  13. They know fats are good for health and are not the enemy for a flat stomach.
