**Push-ups and Pull-ups**

People generally think a lot and ignore the basics when it comes to strength training.

There are only a limited set of exercises that are clean and can be done anywhere, pull-ups and push-ups are one of the strong contenders when it comes to best strength training.

These two exercises demand a lot of core strength and the ability to control body weight.

You can so many variations with these two exercises that it just blows your mind. To be honest these two are the most underrated exercises and the possibilities are endless.

If I have 20–25 minutes before the gym closes and I want to make the best out of the said time, I will go for 150 push-ups, 50 pull-ups and call it a day. [Satisfied Gym Soul]

By the way, there are more than 50 types of push-ups and pull-ups variations.
