For me, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Your breakfast should be packed with nutrients that not only provide you with day-long energy but make you feel happy about it.🌾
I’m going to call this an Indian breakfast.
Here’s what I had this morning, a mix of broken wheat roasted first in ghee before making it into dalia which was then topped with oats, milk, dates syrup, honey, banana, peanut butter and 1 Scoop of whey protein. 🍌🥗😋
How was it: One word for this breakfast – Yum!!
